Congratulations, Christi. Adoption always has a bittersweet aspect to it. You are right, that all kids deserve loving parents and I am glad you are able to offer that for your whole family :) You know something interesting about being an adoptive parent that I have heard from more than one--you get to where you think you are remembering their birth experience--like you gave birth to them. It is weird, but has happened with me--and I did not get Leah until she was 15. They truly do become yours.

hah, that is cute. I also wanted to say I think it is great you created such wonderful memories of the adoption day. We did not really do that either time and I wish we had of. We did have a huge party for Matthew, but he was also turning 1, so it was all wrapped up together.
